Delete a User Account

You can delete existing user accounts from the main User Administration page. All current users associated with your payment gateway account are listed by Name, Role, and Status (previously deleted users do not appear on the list).

If you need to re-establish a deleted user, you must recreate the user account using a different login ID. Login IDs of deleted user accounts cannot be reused.

 

To delete a user account:

Step 1: Click to select the radio button next to the name of the user account you wish to delete.

Step 2: Click Delete User on the User Administration page toolbar. A message window opens, asking if you would like to continue with the delete.

Step 3: Click OK to continue or click Cancel to cancel the action. The user is deleted from your payment gateway account.
